Kingdom Come
Sunday, 10 March 2019
Duration: 48 mins

Most Bible readers would say this passage is about the ascension of Jesus to heaven. And there's no doubt that the ascension is described, but the passage also pulls are minds simultaneously back to the Old Testament and forward to the events of Pentecost as described in Acts 2. In this sermon Pastor Peter looks at how Acts 1:1-11 challenges us think about how the New Testament writers connected their thinking to the Old Testament.
